ABOUT THE CLIENT

The ÚVP Běchovice complex in Prague 9 – Běchovice offers leases for non-residential space (offices, storage space, workshops and parking areas) and virtual office services (provision of a registered office or contact address, receipt and forwarding of post and short-term lease of meeting rooms). The hostel, which is designed as a separate operation offers accommodation services.

ONSITE POWER MICRO POWER PLANT

A micro power plant was installed as an additional source to complement the existing gas boiler room with an output of 630 kW and additional boiler room for the hostel with 92 kW. The cogeneration units of the micro power plant serve as the primary source of heat. Only when their output is not sufficient to meet the requirements for heating does the main boiler room also switch on.
