ABOUT THE CLIENT

Hotel Savannah is located very close to the medieval town of Znojmo in Southern Moravia. Hotel Savannah in Hatě near Znojmo is a newly-built international hotel providing a range of exceptional services and offering its own car park right next to the hotel. A state-of-the-art high-capacity congress centre is available as is a restaurant with delicious and sophisticated cuisine and a lobby bar and casino with live gaming. The offer is complemented by a top-quality wellness centrum, including among other things the unique magic of Ayurveda from the hands of Sri Lankan healers.

ONSITE POWER MICRO POWER PLANT

Three cogeneration units with a total output of 93 kWe were added to the existing gas-powered boilers, these units provide heat to heat the building, the swimming pool, the wellness area and the water. All of the electricity produced by the units is used in the building. This achieves maximum coverage of the hotel’s requirements from cogeneration, with the assumption of a further increase in energy savings.
