OUR EQUIPMENT IN YOUR BOILER ROOM
An OnSite Power micro power plant is equipment the size of a passenger car engine. At its core is a next generation cogeneration unit – a combustion engine with a generator which produces heat and electricity from natural gas with a high level of efficiency (approx. 95 %).
The engine powers a generator, which produces electricity. The water cooling for the engine is a source of heating and preparation of hot water.
One small unit with an output of 30 kW of electricity and 60 kW of heat can save you up to hundreds of thousands of crowns a year. Larger units (starting from 200 kW of electrical power) can even generate savings of millions of crowns.
The unit is installed in your boiler room. It mostly does not replace but augments and supplements the existing equipment.
This is one of the most efficient methods of producing heat and electricity. The location of energy production directly in the building where it is consumed means there are no distribution losses. This together with a high level of efficiency is your guarantee of favourable energy prices.
DON’T BUY THE EQUIPMENT. JUST USE IT.
Whereas purchasing a cogeneration unit is usually a matter of at least half a million crowns (not including costs for operation, everyday optimisation and service), we offer clients a simple model of cooperation which does not require any initial or operational investment.
Simply put: With us, you don’t need to change anything.
You don’t need to resolve any issues.
You don’t need to invest a single crown.
You don’t look after operation of the equipment.
You don’t pay for service.
You engage the contract on use of the micro power plant for a period of ten years. We will let you know in advance what your actual savings will be.
We handle all of the paperwork: we check the feasibility, draw up the project, arrange the permit, deliver the equipment and connect it. We also handle operation and service: For the whole of the ten years of operation, the micro power plant is cared for by our monitoring centre. If any problem arises, our technicians will resolve it.
Once the contractually agree period has expired, we either end our cooperation or prolong it.

What do you save on and what do we profit from? Why is it not preferable to buy a micro power plant? A micro power plant gradually pays for itself from sale of unused excess electricity to the distribution network. Thanks to dozens of installations, it pays off for all of the parties involved.
We do not offer absolute energy independence, but we do offer the maximum possible level of this.
A micro power plant can manage to produce most of your energy and heat consumption from natural gas. At times when capacity is too much to handle, it automatically supplements the deficit from the distribution network from your original supplier.
And on the contrary – if your micro power plant produces an excess of energy, this is automatically sold to the distribution network. This situation happens significantly more often than the first scenario. The cost of purchasing the micro power plant, its operation and service is gradually amortised from sale of energy. Thanks to the large number of cogeneration units operated, we are able to negotiate a good price for the energy we sell. This means that we are also left with a reasonable profit after a few years.
